More like a funny interesting class, than a boring software application or old fashioned audiobook.Color coding genius!
Every Spanish word appears on the screen (so you can see how it is spelled) and is color-coded so that your brain picks up on different types of words. Verbs are green, nouns are blue or pink and adjectives are purple. After a few classes, this color-coding will work like subtextual signals for how words are used - which makes learning Spanish MUCH easier! Check out the color and symbol key.

Road signs
Easy-to-understand symbols will let you know if what you're learning is slang, formal or informal speech, and in what situations to use it. Also, when a word or phrase is specific to one Spanish-speaking country, you'll see a flag to let you know. Treat the symbols like a dashboard giving you important information as you navigate the language.Sex & Vocab

Notice how the they are are blue for masculine and pink for feminine. These iconic images are burned into your brain so you remember vocabulary easily and instantly!

Verbs. I still have nightmares about verbs.
There are 42 verb tenses in Spanish, compared to only 9 in English. And they are a huge pain in the ass. We'll help you conquer verbs in 2 ways; first by including arrow symbols indicating past, present, continuous and future tense, so you quickly absorb the conjugation rules. Second, you'll always see the root verb and pronoun on the screen to help connect the usage with the derivation.Sentence structure and English translations.
Some people are audio learners, others learn visually – most people need both. With Bueno, entonces... every word is on-screen so you see the spelling while hearing it pronounced. The English translation shows you how the sentence structure changes from one language to another. This next clip is full of examples of how words are in a different order in Spanish sentences.

Overall rating: 4.7 out of 5.0
I had a really great experience with this program. I actually moved down to South America with very very little Spanish and no real plan as to how I might learn. Bueno, Entonces was a god-send. The lessons were overwhelming at first, but that's because Jimena speaks Spanish the way actual people speak it. The difference was huge after just a few lessons. I went from blankly staring at people to being able to shop and ask directions without excessive pointing.

Will I be offended by the "spicy content" in Bueno, entonces...?
Maybe... We push the boundaries of appropriate discourse, and sometimes break it. The rule is if you're worried about being offended, you probably will be. If you think you can't be offended, you will enjoy following the witty banter - and you won't be able to wait to find out what David says next.
